He brings with him a working experience of over 32 years in this field of development of Hospitality related projects. He specializes in development of design drawings and has thorough knowledge of equipment construction and compiling of budgets for Food Service Equipment’s. He is well experienced in all forms of Technical Co-ordination with the Core Project Team. He is ably supported thru’ trained subordinates in the office & is a thorough AutoCAD professional. He is associated with Universal Services since its inception. He is a Co-founder and an Associate Consultant at Universal Services.
Developing overall space planning of Project, starting with the Ideal Area Requirements, the nature of the Facility Mix i.e. determination of Guest Facilities, Operational Inputs and Requirements, Staff Facilities, Guest & Service Cores, Parking Requirements in ratio of No. of Rooms Being Planned, Fire Strategy, Architectural, Structural and MEP inputs etc. Summarizing design issues and evaluation of the finished blueprints. Specify the requirement of the operation equipment and assist in tendering and procurement of the same. Develop Area Program of Requirements with a brief outline of specifications and finishes to enable Architects and Consultants in developing preliminary proposals for further review and discussions. Detail Facility design & planning for hotels, restaurant and hospitals. Schematic & Conceptual Design, Design & development of commercial kitchens for Hotels, specialty Restaurant.etc.
