Universal Services - Hospitality Consultancy (USHC) started in Aug 2007, is a professional Facility Planning Consultancy Firm specializing in Development of New Hotels (which includes Designing of Food Service Facilities, Housekeeping cum Laundry, Complete Back-of-the-House (BOH) Facilities etc.) and as well as providing Food Service Design for Stand alone Restaurant, Institutional Catering, Hospital catering etc. 

Facility Planning & Food Service Design for Hospitality related Projects, happens to be our main Forte' and we believe in playing a positive role with passion. It is our objective as professional consultants, to treat each of the Hospitality related assignment on its own merits and give it all the attention that it needs, to make it an efficient & well planned operator friendly building.

USHC Offer’s technical expertise during initial/concept stage of the Hotel through coordination with the architects/promoters / operators for achieving a well-planned and efficient space planning within the building [F.O.H. & B.O.H.].Facility planning activity including conceptualization, designing, space planning, services coordination, assistance ininstallation / hook-ups / testing etc. for all Food and Beverage service related areas, Laundry and other back of the house areas.
