Offer technical expertise during initial/concept stage of the Hotel through co-ordination with the Architects / Promoters & Hotel Operators for achieving a well-planned and efficient space planning within the building [F.O.H & B.O.H].
 
Complete Design & technical coordination for development of all food service related activities including Receiving, Main Hotel Stores, Commissary Kitchen, Food production Kitchens, Buffet counter, Live Cooking / Display Kitchen, Satellite Kitchens, Banquet Kitchen, Bar Counters, Pool Bar, Ware washing, garbage handling, etc. 
 
Designing & coordination for [ B.O.H.] Back- of- the- House Service areas [including Housekeeping related areas, in house Laundry, Staff facilities, B.O.H Administrative offices, Maintenance workshop, Housekeeping Pantries on guest room floors etc]. 
 
Co-ordination related to LP Gas requirement for kitchen. 
 
Play an effective & positive role for assisting the Project Management team during the course of construction towards having a control on development taking place on all facility planning related areas as mentioned above through review of MEP Services consultants drawings and with further review of MEP services contractors shop drawings, review block work civil drawings from the Architects, review of I.D related millwork drawings pertaining to food service areas and as well as through attending periodic project meetings and site visits.
