Venkat is a trained Mechanical Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University. During the period 1980-82, he underwent a 2-year Postgraduate Programme in Hotel Management with the Oberoi Group of Hotels and subsequently underwent a specialization programme in Facility Planning and Food Service Design. He brings with him a working experience of over 40 years in this field of development of Hospitality related projects. He is involved in all aspects of the Facility Planning, starting from Concept stage to Commissioning of Food Service areas, Laundry & the entire B.O.H. Service areas. He is well experienced in all forms of Technical Co-ordination with the Core Project Team. He is ably supported by his Associates & also thru' trained subordinates in the office. He is a Co- founder, Principal Consultant and Chief mentor at Universal Services.
