Job Profile
Assistance in the overall planning of project Area Requirements, Staff Facilities, Guest & Service Cores, Parking Requirements, Fire Strategy, Architectural, Structural and MEP inputs etc.. Specify the requirement of the operation equipment and assist in tendering and procurement of the same. Preparing brief outline of specifications and finishes to enable Architects and Consultants in developing preliminary proposals for further review and discussions. Preparing MEP services layouts & Tender Documentation for Kitchen equipment Provide equipment construction details, sections and elevations for clarification of various sub-contractors.. Preparing comparative statements. Evaluation of bids Design development & services coordination with consultants Assist with pre opening team.
